Dr. Prajith T M has joined in the Department of Botany, Sreekrishna College on 30.11.2021. He has more than 4 years of teaching experience as FDP Substitute Lecturer and Guest Lecturer in Government and Aided College. He has completed his Ph.D. in Botany from University of Kerala. Cleared both ICAR-ASRB NET and CSIR-UGC NET. He has six more years of research experience at Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden and Research Institute (JNTBGRI), Palode, Trivandrum. His major research interests are seed biology, seed physiology& biochemistry and other biodiversity conservation related activities. He has published more than 10 number of articles in reputed journals. He has delivered many invited talks to college students on career guidance and other environment related issues. He has published many regional science articles in notable science magazines.

  •           Participated and successfully completed a training programme in Botanical Illustration from 13th to 15th March, 2008 held at the Department of Botany, University of Calicut, Kerala.

  •       Participated and successfully completed a training workshop on “Seed Conservation” conducted by BGCI held at JNTBGRI, Kerala 9-13th May 2016.
