The Sree Krishna College General Library is housed in an old building constructed in a traditional style, covering over 3600 sq ft. It has a seating capacity of more than 90. Since 1964, the library has accumulated over 58850 books, 17 print journals, 18 print magazines, and 8 newspapers. The library is renowned for its extensive collection of ancient Sanskrit/History books and rare old books, some priced between 30 paisa, 1 or 2 rupees, and more than 10000 rupees. The library is automated with the BookMagic 5.0 Integrated Library Management Software system, enabling functions like issue/return/renew/barcoding, and online catalogue search through the OPAC system. Additionally, a manual issue-return system like the Browne Charging System is also in place. The library digitally records entries using a separate tabletop barcode scanner, in addition to the normal gate register. In 2022, a Digital Library was established through N-LIST (National Library and Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly Content by INFLIBNET) along with the Moodle learning open-source management system platform. Since 2017, the Sree Krishna College General Library, in collaboration with an NGO called 'Chakshumathi' (a member of the DAISY Forum of India), has initiated a project to support visually impaired students. The college's Digital Library provides the space for IT infrastructure. The library is also working on creating an Institutional Repository (IR) using DSpace software.
