Dr. Prajisha Kayalatt is a distinguished faculty member in the Post Graduate Department of Commerce at Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur, known for her profound expertise in both commerce and psychology. Her areas of academic and research interest include the Work-Family Interface and Earnings Management, topics on which she has produced substantial scholarly work.
Her academic credentials are extensive, holding multiple degrees including an M.Com, M.B.A., M.A in Psychology, M.Phil., and Ph.D. Throughout her academic journey, she has achieved numerous accolades, including the Bank of Maharashtra Gold Medal and the C.V.C.T.C Venkatachalam Chettiar Gold Medal for outstanding performance in the M.Phil Commerce at Pondicherry University, where she also secured First Rank.
In addition to her academic accomplishments, Dr. Kayalatt is an active researcher and author. She has published several books and numerous papers in international and national journals, contributing significantly to the fields of commerce and management. Her work has been presented at various international and national seminars and conferences, where her papers are highly regarded by the academic community.
Beyond her research, Dr. Kayalatt is a sought-after speaker, having delivered a number of invited lectures and speeches on topics including counseling, research methodology, and bibliometric analysis. Her ability to bridge the gap between commerce, management, and psychology, and her dedication to imparting knowledge, have made her an invaluable asset to the academic and research community.
