Professional Profile
Dr. Sarath T R is an academic and Sanskrit scholar with a Ph.D. in Sanskrit Sahitya from Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady, and an M.A. in Sanskrit from Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur. He takes great pride in serving at the same institution where he completed his postgraduate studies. He was the First Rank Holder in the M.A. Sanskrit Examination of the University of Calicut (2019). His academic interests include Sanskrit language and literature, classical Sanskrit texts, literary studies, and Indian knowledge traditions. His research interests particularly focus on Sanskrit scientific literature and its historical, philosophical, and literary dimensions. With experience in teaching, research, academic writing, and student mentoring, he aims to contribute to the teaching, research, and promotion of Sanskrit by connecting traditional knowledge with contemporary academic perspectives.
