As part of National Nutrition Month (POSHAN MAAH 2023), the Department of Biochemistry organized a nutrition awareness campaign on September 27, 2023, for the local community in Kandanissery Panchayath and students at Sree Krishna College, Ariyannur. Final-year Biochemistry students, divided into four groups, visited households to educate families on the importance of nutrition in maintaining good health. The students addressed questions related to nutrition and health, emphasizing the role of a balanced diet. Additionally, they conducted awareness sessions for college students using audiovisual aids, effectively spreading key messages on the significance of nutrition.
