Department of Chemistry jointly with other departments celebrated National Science day on 28.2.2019 by conducting an exhibition for 9^th standard students of nearby schools. The aim of the exhibition was to promote interest in science among school children. A total of 53 students from nearby schools got opportunity to visit the chemistry laboratory and to do experiments. The students got a chance to do the practical aspect of the things that they have learned from the classroom. Students got training on soap making and determination of pH of different type of solutions. The students got opportunity to interact with the teachers and students of the department.
