As part of the ongoing ICSSR project titled "Cultural Diversity and Linguistic Diffusion in the Inherent Nouns of the Political Tri-junction in Southern India: A Sociolinguistic Study," the Department of Malayalam at Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur, is set to organize an ICSSR-sponsored workshop in December 2024. The workshop aims to bring together scholars and researchers to explore the linguistic and cultural diversity in the tri-junction region of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka. This event will provide a platform for academic discussions and presentations on sociolinguistics and onomastics, focusing on the inherent nouns of the region. Faculty members, students, and researchers are expected to participate, enriching the study with diverse insights.
