About the Expo

 

                                  In loving memory of Dr. K. Geetha, Assistant Professor of Physics & Head of Department of Physics, the post graduate and research department of Physics organized a one day Science Expo on 04.11.2024. Dr. Geetha was a great teacher who inspired young minds through her teaching in Physics. She passed away on 04.11.2023. She was the coordinator of IQAC during 2021-22.

In order to remember the her contribution to Science and also to impart scientific temper, the department arranged following programmes

1.       Scientific talk by Dr. Sudheesh K. V. , Assistant professor of Chemistry, St. Thomas College Kozhencerry on “Science Reimagined, Building Tomoorw’s Thinkers”

2.       Book release “Geethayanam” – Remembering Dr. K Geetha and her contributions.

3.       Intercollegiate Science Quiz Competition (Quiz Master, Midhun Shah, Assistant Professor in Physics, Farook College, Kozhikode)

4.       Working Model Competition
