The Postgraduate and Research Department of Physics, Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur, organized the Dr. K. Geetha Memorial Science Expo (GMSE 2025) on 17 November 2025, featuring an inspiring blend of academic sessions, expert interactions and student engagements. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. V. K.. Vijayan, Chairman, Guruvayur Devaswom, followed by the presentation of the Dr. K. Geetha Science Excellence Award 2025 to the most outstanding third-year B.Sc. student of the institution. The event included an invited talk by Sreejith V. S., Director, Science Center, Kodungallur, titled “From Gravity to Quantum: The Experimental Studio,” which offered insightful perspectives on fundamental and experimental physics. A hands-on workshop on “Robotics and Electric Vehicles,” led by Dr. John Chembukkavu, Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, IES College of Engineering, Thrissur, provided participants with exposure to emerging technologies and engineering applications. GMSE 2025 served as a dynamic platform fostering scientific curiosity, interdisciplinary learning and research motivation among students, reinforcing the department’s commitment to academic excellence.
