On February 5, 2019, Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur, organized the International Seminar on "Modern Trends in Biological Sciences", under the auspices of the Department of Biochemistry and the IQAC. The seminar provided a platform for researchers, students, and faculty to explore the latest advancements in biological sciences through expert-led sessions.

The inaugural session featured notable speakers and was followed by informative technical sessions, including topics such as recombinant proteins, tendon injury and regeneration, and innovative cancer treatments. Participants also had the opportunity to present their research, fostering an engaging academic environment. Sponsored by the PTA of Sree Krishna College, this seminar aimed to inspire and enhance knowledge in the field of biological sciences, equipping attendees with new perspectives and insights.
