The Department of Biochemistry organized an Exit Programme in department level on "Career Opportunities in Biochemistry" for the outgoing students, aimed at providing guidance on higher education, research, and employment prospects in the field.
The session was led by Mr. Sreeraj K. Nair, Technical Assistant, Food Corporation of India (FCI), who shared his professional experiences and valuable insights into the diverse career avenues available to Biochemistry graduates. He highlighted opportunities in research institutions, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, food and nutrition sectors, quality assurance laboratories, healthcare organizations, and government services.
